Towards the Ma’ale 2010 annual conference on corporate responsibility, which attracts around 1000 people each year, among them leaders of the business sector, decision-makers from the public sector, and the heads of social and environmental organizations, we decided to use the services of the Call Yachol call center for telemarketing to potential participants, and helping with registration for the conference.

The main topic of the conference was occupational diversity (integrating diverse populations in the workforce, including people with disabilities), and the connection with Call Yachol only seemed natural. As soon as we started working together, we saw that the connection was not only good in terms of our shared values, but also professionally. The call center staff, and in particular the project manager, Erez Korkos, carried out the task professionally and courteously, taking the initiative and investing above and beyond the call of duty.

It was clear that the connection of the call center staff with the content of the conference had a positive effect on their work and the sense of mission that accompanied them in this project. The representatives also participated in the conference and felt themselves to be an integral part of its production, which added to their commitment to the project.

There is no doubt that including Call Yachol in producing the Ma’ale conference was a win-win concept for both Ma’ale and the call center, and helped put across the message of diversity in employment to the 1000 participants attending the conference, and many others who learned about the collaboration from publications ahead of the conference.
